Plan validity would start from the date of payment.

No cancellations or refunds are possible after the payment for the selected plan.

Delseeco Infotech reserves the right to suspend its operations, including stopping the website servers if there is a delay in clearing the dues by the client.

User can upgrade to a higher value plan within 30 days of the purchase.

Downgrading to a smaller plan after the purchase is not possible.

Prices mentioned on the website may change without any prior notice, however, plans purchased before the price change would continue to function normally till their validity lasts.

All website development plans are exclusive of the domain charges and would be billed separately.

The domain charges may vary depending on the ownership of the domain by third party vendors.

Transferring of domain is not possible

The domain would remain the property of the client till the complete period of validity and the client has the right to renew or surrender it post validity expiry.

Meta & Google charges amount for ads depending on area covered and daily budget allocation which shall be borne by the client. SocialFazer is only charging for maintaining the operations and providing artwork for the above.

The invoices of the charges charged by Meta & Google would be provided separately to the client.

A mobile number has to be provided for whatsapp marketing which would be under the ownership of the client and all the network operator costs for the same would be borne by the client.
